I Samuel 3.10

דַּבֵּ֔ר כִּ֥י שֹׁמֵ֖עַ עַבְדֶּֽ

These are the words of Shmu-el (listener of G-d) the prophet Samuel. These were the first words uttered to G-d from his lips
“Speak , for your Servant is listening”

This is the prayer for us all
These words we should not forget

וְלֹֽא־הִפִּ֥יל מִכָּל־דְּבָרָ֖יו אָֽרְצָה׃

” no words fell to the ground” 3.19

Samuel cherished the Words of G-d. Every word He uttered was kept in his heart. Non were lost or cast away.

“And Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him”

Why

A friend of mine was over for dinner, a minister. He told a “Jewish joke”. Harmless.
Could not stop thinking about it. 1,200 Israelis brutally murdered a few weeks ago. Not good timing. He knows I am Jewish.
How many Christians have this mindset: “the Jewish people rejected Christ as Messiah and are suffering the consequences …” the inquisition, the holocaust, Hamas…..
Perverted, distorted thinking at best.
G-d made a covenant with the Jewish people. Nothing can change this.

Isaiah 54.10

For the mountains may depart
and the hills be removed,
but my steadfast love shall not depart from you,
and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,”
says the LORD, who has compassion on you.

Until the world comes to an end…the covenant and His love for the Jewish people will not end.

The never ending battle against the Jewish people is a SPIRITUAL battle. Evil pursues them. The battle is against Torah, against G-d, against Truth, against His covenant, against his Messiah. The fruit of evil is always destruction and murder and perversion of truth.

The Land of Israel will always be the land of the Jewish people. G-d ordained. It will never be taken from them.

“And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you. And I will give to you and to your offspring after you the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and I will be their God.”
